Day 9 - I love Fire Emblem! (and I very much ship SouHaru)

My first exposure to Fire Emblem, like your average pleb, was via Smash Bros. Ike was cute and also kicked hella ass (or rather he made me a very annoying opponent when I spammed down+B :3c). Then Smash Bros for the Wii U was about to drop and they revealed,,,, the most beautiful man in the entire world,,,, and I was very w O A H WHO HE?!?!?! (He was Robin!!!) I immediately had to know his entire life story, so I googled him and read about the game and like??? it sounded interesting as fuck??

So, I got my mom to buy me a 2DS and Fire Emblem: Awakening for Christmas... I obsessively played the game and beat it within a week, and then proceeded to buy every Fire Emblem game since. It is just,,, soooo my jam. The art? Love. The characters?? Love love!!! Strategic RPG with turn-based fighting???? *swoons* They also let you pair up different characters and even marry your character off. Ugh,,, I just. Love it so much.

If you have a 3DS, I highly, highly, highly recommend giving Fire Emblem: Awakening a play! Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia is also really good <3 No DS? No problem ;9 Give Fire Emblem Heroes a play! It's a free(mium) mobile game, and you get to fight battles on smaller maps and play with existing Fire Emblem characters and it's just. Really good. Really, really good. I really love FE dfghjkl

Honestly, this one started off as just an aesthetic ship. Like *raises one hand* Haru is very beautiful. *raises other hand* Sousuke is also beautiful (...except when I draw him*). Together? Niiice. Then I ended up reading fic for them and it's like oh I don't just want them to be near each other?? I want them to be together, together! No tho, they play perfectly into my absolute favorite trope, enemies to lovers. Sousuke is all Power and Force, while Haru is all finesse and natural talent. So like they end up having a rly interesting dynamic! This is one of the very few ships that I rly HC as starting off friends w/ benefits before developing Feelings (tm). It really works for them <3

What's Up Danger

I did in fact get around to my 2nd rewatch of Spiderverse and man I love it so much. I found a playlist with all the songs from the movie (including bg music from the original score) in the order they appear in the movie, and I've had that on repeat for a few days <3333
