Note: Tried a 20-min free write this time! I'm not sure it was better... I'd kinda thought I would write more than that but oh well dfghj. I would definitely like to develop this plot tho (into something more then wo w Haru pretty fghjk). This was a prompt I wrote for SportsFest that never got filled :,c I think a mermaid!Haru/scientist!Rei fic would be so cute too...

Prompt: Futuristic

Note: I realized what's really stopping me from writing is... well, myself. I mean, I knew that, but it's mostly me agonizing over word choice, doubting myself, and then feeling like I can't think of anything to write. I end up just staring at blank screens judging my words before I even write them. So! I've decided to do a daily 10-minute free write! Hopefully this practice will get me to loosen up and focus on actually putting ideas on paper without all the worries that held me back before!

As a warning, I'm leaving these as they're written minus some fixed typos, so please forgive any inelegance. Also, this one was actually done yesterday. I'll be posting today's shortly.
